This is a great walk for beginners to hiking. The tracks are relatively flat and free from hazards. The round hike from Bullocky Rest to Forgan Cove is a little under 10kms.
We saw heaps of great wildlife on this hike.
Animals we saw were:
- Koalas
- Snake
- Powerful Owl
- Magpies
- Indian Minors
- Crows
- Peewees
The weather was a little overcast / light rain, so this made the walk cool. I’d suggest taking plenty of water and a few snacks. But most importantly, remember to look up! Seeing the Koalas and the owl was a real treat.
